Wither Hills fine wines are created from vines that flourish in free draining, silty alluvial loams over deep stony river deposits, in the heart of the central Wairau Valley. These vineyards are bordered to the south by the landmark range of the Wither Hills. Gentle, traditional winemaking techniques have resulted in a richly flavoured and finely structured wine, further enhanced by maturing in French oak barriques for fourteen months.
